Sometimes I’m amazed that I get paid to do something I enjoy so much. Every day there are new challenges to solve and opportunities to provide someone with a great customer experience. Plus, I’ve always loved insects and animals, so this job is a natural fit for me.

My evenings and weekends are spent in the great outdoors, hiking, fishing or playing sports with my dogs, family, and friends.
