Identifying Characteristics
- Stink Bugs measure about ½ – 1 inches in length
- Their backs resemble a shield or trapezoid
- They are usually brown or green
Active Season
- Stink Bugs are mainly active from Spring to Fall but can occasionally be found indoors year-round
Interesting Facts
- When disturbed these bugs emit an anti-predatorial odor that some humans find foul, hence the name “Stink Bug”
- The Stink Bug population has significantly increased throughout North America in the past few years
